Who is Yatoro?

Illya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk (cyrilic: Ілля Мулярчук) is a Ukrainian professional Dota 2 player currently playing for Team Spirit. He is considered one of the best carries in Dota 2 that holds the TI title from 2021.

Yatoro is currently a part of the famous Team Spirit, composed of some of the best Russian and Ukrainian Dota 2 players that won the most recent 2021 The International championship.

He plays with TORONTOTOKYO, Collapse, Miposhka (captain) from Russia, and Mira from Ukraine, led by a Russian coach, Silent.

He usually plays as a carry in the team, mainly in the solo middle lane. Yatoro is considered one of the most versatile Dota 2 players, as his multitasking and strategy capabilities are some of the best in the world.

Although he’s in his final teen years, Yatoro shows a great potential to remain at the top of his form for a while, as his game perception and decision-making are some of the best in the tournaments.

Illya Mulyarchuk began his Dota 2 streamer career in 2019. He played on Twitch before managing to join a proper Dota 2 gaming team.

His first professional Dota 2 team was Hoodlums. Illya played only five games with them before joining the DoraDura team.

His first earnings were $120 with DoraDura, although he quickly transferred to team miaww^^ and played for a couple of months.

After leaving miaww^^ and playing one match for TMP, he joined the Yellow Submarine (YeS) in 2020, in which he started to draw the attention of other big teams.
